MBP has voted and 85.9% of those who voted want characters to be at least 13 years old. If there are any kids younger than 13 years now, then those journals won't be affected by the change. But we won't allow new characters who are less than 13 years old.

By the way, players should be adults (18+), no matter how old the character is.

And we're taking donations of little red hats for the monkeys. We're also trying to find some bands to provide music for the monkeys to dance to.
